This Mid-Autumn, Gourmet Carousel reimagines the traditional mooncake with a touch of contemporary creativity. Handcrafted in Carousel's Halal-certified kitchen in Singapore, our Moon Pastries collection brings together familiar Asian flavours, refined craftsmanship and elegant presentation in every bite.

Frequently Asked Questions

All food prepared and served in Royal Plaza on Scotts and Carousel is certified Halal by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS). The Halal certifications apply to all open kitchen food stations in Carousel and all kitchens of the hotel. These also include the food served in the hotel’s room service and banquet functions.

The certifications are under the “Eating Establishment Scheme (Food Station)”, with strict control measures in place, operators are allowed to serve alcoholic beverages.
