All food prepared and served in Royal Plaza on Scotts and Carousel is certified Halal by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS). The Halal certifications apply to all open kitchen food stations in Carousel and all kitchens of the hotel. These also include the food served in the hotel’s room service and banquet functions.
The certifications are under the “Eating Establishment Scheme (Food Station)”, with strict control measures in place, operators are allowed to serve alcoholic beverages.
